Eric J. Braunscheidel, President

Eric began his career in the insurance industry in 2001 and purchased into the agency in 2003. He leads our personal and commercial lines property and casualty programs. He received his degree from the University of Toledo on 1998. Eric, his wife Vicki, and their two daughters reside in Wooster.

Nicholas A. Swigart, Vice President

Nick entered the insurance industry in 1997 and purchased his share in the agency in 2003. He heads our agency’s life and health insurance programs. A 1997 graduate of the University of Toledo, Nick, his wife Jen, and their three daughters reside in Wooster.

Kimberly D. Gillman, CISR

Kim began her career in the insurance industry in 1992 and joined our agency in 2005. She obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2006. Kim leads our service efforts for all property and casualty clients. Kim and her husband Mitch reside in Wooster.

Kent A. Swigart

Kent started the agency in 1994 after a 21-year career with Prudential Life Insurance Company. He stepped away from full-time duties in the agency in 2010, but remains active in heading our medicare supplemental insurance program. Kent has been a Wooster resident since 1980.
